The Four Categories of Membership

1. Regular: Annual dues: [See Dues Structure below] Includes a subscription of PAHC's Your House Newsletter,  and may include membership in the National Association of Housing Cooperatives, with a subscription to the Cooperative Housing Bulletin.

PAHC MEMBERSHIP

75¢ per unit

NAHC MEMBERSHIP

$3.25 per unit

COMBINED MEMBERSHIP [PAHC & NAHC]

$4.00 per unit

2. Associate: Annual dues: $300.00 Management companies, insurance companies, and firms who do business with cooperatives or wish to support cooperative housing. NOTE: This does not include membership in any other organization or association.

3. Affiliate: Annual Dues: $100.00. Cooperative councils, non-profit cooperative organizations and condominium associations. NOTE: This does not include membership in any other organization or association.

4. Individual: Annual Dues: $75.00. Persons interested in furthering the cooperative movement. NOTE: This does not include membership in any other organization or association.

  OUR MISSION

The purpose of the Potomac Association of Housing Cooperatives Inc, is to provide continuing education for it's membership by:

  Sponsoring quarterly training sessions in addition to the legally required annual membership meeting.

  Soliciting knowledgeable professionals, individuals and firms to facilitate training in cooperative housing.

  Generating & distributing a quarterly newsletter.



  Actively recruiting new members.

  Establishing relationships & providing support for other Cooperative Associations.

  Expanding the association’s ability to serve its membership.
