Heritage Park
Cooperative is a 65-unit, federally subsidized housing cooperative
in downtown Rockville, Maryland. The current waiting list for two-bedroom
units is approximately 2-years.
We accept applications on Wednesdays, between the
hours of 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The following information is required
at the time application is made:
- Certified
copies of birth certificates and original social security cards
for each person who will be residing in the unit. If an applicant
or household member was not born in this country, the "green card"
will be required.
- Photo
ID for each person 18-years or older who will reside in the unit.
At the time
application is made, all adult family members must be present to
sign the application.
The membership
fee range for 2002 is $2,050.00 - $2,341.00 depending on the unit
size. This fee will change in 2003. Rent/Carrying Charges monthly
fee is based upon 30% of gross household income.
